Foreman

The Foreman is actively involved in job site management and customer relations. This individual will work with and alongside the owners, general contracts, and office administrative staff. Unlike other opportunities this position will have daily impact on our success.

Responsibilities
• Reviews construction documents and understands scope of work
• Manage crew of five to eight finishers and laborers
• Outstanding knowledge of elevations and form setting

Requirements
• 5 years of concrete experience
• 3 years as foreman required
• 1 years local experience required
• Must be able to manage multiple projects and present a high level of organization while meeting job deadlines
• Must be self-motivated, positive in approach, able to help create, develop and implement project process improvement(s)
• Must be able to understand and write time sheets for your crew
• Valid Driver's License

Finisher/Form Setter

The Finisher/Form Setter will work with and alongside the job site foreman. Unlike other opportunities this position will have daily impact on our success.
